독의 신비를 파헤치다

독이라는 것은 왜 존재할까? 우리 주변에는 많은 독극물들이 존재하고, 이 독극물들은 때로는 신경계를 마비시키고, 때로는 목숨을 앗아간다. 끔찍한 고통을 유발하고, 온몸에 두드러기가 나게도 한다. 독의 존재 이유를 밝히고, 앞으로 등장할 독의학자들을 위하여 온갖 종류의 독들을 소개한다. 

Poisons are quite cool. You can hide them well and can kill someone or something really fast. Arsenic, mercury, and the poison from animals and plants... however, there was a time that people thought this poisons are medicines. Yes, it's true. The medicine that we use are mostly poison if we use them much. If we use too much poison, than it kill people. 

Why does animals and plants have poison? They use poison as their protecting way. They mostly have beautiful colors, so predators can discriminate them well. They know that if they eat them, they would get die or be sick. That's the reason why some animals use poison. 

I can't understand the way how the poisons can kill people. What do they do in our body? I hope to know what they really affect at our body.

There are many kinds of energy that you can find. The bio energy, wind energy, nuclear fission energy... they all have merits and demerits, so we should use them well by set balance. Can we find out the ways to use them well? 

The nuclear fission energy is the most interesting energy. Nuclear is must be a harmful things, so we should think hard how to make them to use as useful energy. The problem is, the trash made from this process can radiate radioactivity. The people live neared the nuclear power plant had problems at their health. 

I know that we should try harder to find the new energy. Scientists says that we cannot rely on fossil energy forever.

미생물의 세계로 접근하다

미생물들도 자세히 들여다보면 참으로 무서운 존재들이다. 그리고 우리가 알아야 할 사실은, 이 작고 연약한 생물들이 우리의 선조이며, 그리고 막상 그 힘을 알았을 때에는 결코 작고 연약하지 않다는 사실을 알게 될 것이다. 예를 들어, 지구에 아주 거대한 생물체가 나타났다고 해보자. 그 개체수가 매우 적을 때에는, 아마도 인간은 어떤 방법을 써서라도 이들을 모두 죽이고 말 것이다. 미생물들은, 상상할 수 없을 만큼 숫자가 많고, 또 이들은 지구가 파멸의 위기에 놓여도 가장 살아남을 가능성이 높은 존재들이다. 

So, this mocroscopic monsters can attack you in many ways. You must know that bacterias are in these, too. They can carry viruses and make you itchy. If you want to find them, and take some samples from your bed sheet and look on microscope. You can find a big tick there. So, these are the small monsters eating tiny pieces comes out from your body. 

They can survive in many temperatures, too. They are even found in North or South pole, and hot springs. Yes, it proves that they can survive in any environment. We can remove most of them by boiling or freezing, but there must be something that will survive. 

These micro monsters must be interesting animals. I hope I would find more monsters hiding in our life.

The lights are composed with many types of lights. There are a visible ray, ultraviolet rays, infrared rays, and dangerous radial rays... We can use them in many ways. Already, we are using ultraviolet rays to sterilizatione and radial rays for medical purpose. But, we should be careful. If gamma rays scattered to the world, than we all die by this heavy light. 

Light is used for many things in our world. Some animals use is in deep waters and catch fish. We can use our technology to look well by using some tools to gather lights. If you look well, you can find many things with light.

이제는 중력값을 이용해서 물체가 떨어지는 데 걸리는 시간을 구하는 단계에 와버렸기에 중력이란 나에게 더 친숙한 존재이다. 괴팍한 천재 과학자 뉴턴이 떨어지는 사과로부터 만유인력과 중력이란 개념을 생각해낸 이후, 이 중력이란 도구는 지금도 내게 있어 물리라는 과목에 속해 나를 괴롭히는 수단이다. 하지만, 앗 시리즈를 통해서 중력을 재미있게 학습하는 방법을 알게 되었다. 

The gravity is well known to you, because you must suffered about gravity when you lived. When you threw a ball into the sky, and the ball just fallen to the ground again. And you must have tried to get our of Earth by jumping high. It just made you breathe hard. So, what is gravity? Why this gravity is catching our ankle? 

You should know about the universal gravitation. It says the small bacterias have the universal gravitation to our body. But, we just can't feel this because they are too small. The universal gravitation is inverse properted to the interval. So, if the rocket get out of the earth, than they cannot feel the power of Earth because they are too small. 

Many people tried to tide over the disturb of gravity, and I think they finally did this. They shoot many satellites and get informations from them. I hope people will know much things about gravity.
