비즈니스 세계에서는 이런 ‘왜‘라는 질문 형식보다 ‘어떻게 하면 좋은가?‘라는 방법이나 방침을 묻는 형식의 질문이 많다. 어떻게 하면 매출이 늘어날까‘?‘라면 매출이 느는 것이 결과이고, 그런 결과를 낳는 원인을 찾으려는 것이 ‘어떻게 하면 좋은가?‘가 된다. 이미 일어난 일의 원인을 생각하는 것과는 달리, 이 경우는 앞으로 일어날 일의 원인을 찿고자 하는 것이다.
