■ 저자 소개

윌리엄 호프 호지슨(William Hope Hodgson , 1877년 ~1918년)은영국국교회 목사의 아들로 태어났습니다. 22세에는 보디빌딩 기술을 전수하는 「호지슨의 육체 단련 학교」를 열었으며 1904년부터 단편 소설을 쓰기 시작해 10년 동안 100여 편의 호러 및 환상 단편들을 창작했습니다.
